COAST GASLINK/LNG CANADA: A FIRST STEP OR JOB DONE?Tuesday, October 20th – 6:00 PM Facebook Live: BC Resources CoalitionThe BC Resources Coalitioin (“BCRC”) is a group of private citizens and BC companies that advocate for the local value-add development of all our resources. The BCRC is proud to be hosting a live panel discussion with leaders from across northern British Columbia to get viewpoints from the local communities as we contemplate the further development of British Columbia’s natural gas resource. Coastal GasLink and LNG Canada are a major first step in this development, but a significant opportunity will be lost to extract further value from this growing resource if we don’t start the dialogue regarding these opportunities within our communities. We are anticipating this panel discussion will serve as a basis for developing a strategy for this new route to economic diversification and growth in the north.
